Enjoy a beautiful getaway at this stunning home right on the Lake. Beautiful sunsets and scenery. Nature, hiking and snowmobile trails just 3 minutes away. Just over 1 hour from Toronto. Two storey winterized home. 3 bedrooms #1 has a queen size bed, #2 bedroom has a queen size bed, #3 bedroom has a queen size bed and also has a bunk bed (single over a double bed). +1 bedroom is a den overlooking lake with 2 sofas, TV,, stereo, puzzles and board games. Due to COVID we recommend everyone bring their own bedding.
Two full bathrooms - upstairs is 3 piece with a tub; downstairs bathroom is 3 piece with a large shower.
AMENITIES: 55" Smart TV with cable, Prime Video, Netflix, Crave TV. Full Kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, all dishes, utensils, mugs and glassware. BBQ (propane included). Full laundry room (washer and dryer). Parking for 2-3 cars on property.
Shallow hard-packed soft sandy lake bottom - excellent for small children and water sports. (please note, it is too shallow to fish from dock), 40 foot dock and lakefront just steps from front door.

BOOKING: A deposit of $300 in cash or Interac e-transfer secures your rental date. Deposit is non-refundable within 14 days of rental date. Damage deposit of $1000. is refunded after inspection. Optional cleaning fee of $150 (full housekeeping and clean up service before and after your visit). Balance and Damage Deposit in cash or Interac e-transfer due 7 days prior to rental date. RATES: April - June $400 / night; July- August $500 / night (min, 3 nights) or $2500 / week. EXTRA NIGHT OPTION: coming for a weekend? Come up a day early or leave a day late for $300 for one night. THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED COTTAGE AND WE ARE ONLY RENTING TO GOOD FAMILIES (30+)
