This Beautiful Cottage sits in a quiet Bay on Kennisis Lake. Enjoy a full day of sun with a perfect South Western exposure. At the lakefront, you will find the beach front which is a gradual entry. The waterfront offers you a very spacious deck and dock with traditional Muskoka chairs to bask in your surroundings. There is also a table with chairs and Umbrella for those lunches by the lake. The water access from the dock has been upgraded to an easy entry stair system. For your pleasure you will have your choice of water crafts which include 2 kayaks, a paddle boat, a traditional canoe as well as a square stern canoe. We have a very large variety of small appliances for your enjoyment including a MUCH NEEDED: Margaritaville Specialty Drink Maker / Slushes for the Children. We have a Great Deal to offer which means less for you to bring.

NOTE: All Bed Quilts, Throw Blankets and Bathroom Mat is cleaned for every new Family. It truly will feel like your Home Away from Home with the Beautiful Cottage Ambiance and all the small extras that make this your Perfect Family Adventure.

On the way down to the water you can feel safe knowing it is a very gentle incline for ease to and from the water's edge. There is a custom fire pit set up for those family campfires and roasting marshmallows. The fire pit is also equipped with a customized grilling rack for those who enjoy cooking over an open fire. For your enjoyment the property has a Horse Shoe Pit, Bocci Ball, and a Volley Ball / Badmington ensemble which is very easy to assemble when in use. Otherwise there is plenty of room for other games on the grassy area.
